VaynerMedia is a cutting edge media company located on the 24th and 25th floors of the new 10 Hudson Yards building. They were using a competitor of ours for their office management services and wanted more of a client focused partnership instead of a shift based approach.

Solution

 

Greenparc began providing office management services to Vayner with a focus on having staff members in place that were knowledgeable of the different tasks to be carried out. We also trained other staff members on our roster so that call outs or conflicts could be covered with staff that did not need to be trained up and knew what was expected of them in this high end, fast spaced office. We also have a roaming supervisor who regularly checks in on shifts to ensure quality control.

Chelsea Piers, which is known for building and running large scale sports complexes, began expanding to smaller gym footprints in 2017. The new gyms still maintained it’s high-end image and included lounging areas, cafes, and event spaces.  

Solution

Greenparc recruited quality talent that matched the criteria of the new space. We worked with the client on setting up the staff schedule, assigning duties, and building a process for managing the facility’s cleaning staff. Greenparc handled all the human resource challenges with hourly staff members.

Mondrian were looking to replace their cleaning, housekeeping and maintenance outsourced services and work with a company that could provide an inclusive offering with a high end, hands-on approach. The former providers were underperforming, hands off with their service, and unreachable at times.

Solution

 

Greenparc provides overnight cleaning, housekeeping and houseman services to the Mondrian, a high end boutique hotel. We worked with Mondrian to provide a more efficient overnight strategy for all their spaces (rooftop, restaurant, nightclub, kitchen, lobby etc.) and also provided solutions for last minute call out cover, admin issues and incentives for staff to improve performance.

Bond Collective was looking to replace their in-house facilities manager with an outside vendor. The look and feel of each space directly reflects their brand, so not only is the design important, the maintenance and cleanliness of the space are crucial. Given the company’s growth plans, they were seeking a facilities management partner that could help them scale.

Solution

 

Greenparc provides recruiting and training of new staff, training and mentoring of staff members on supervisory tracks, administering weekly payroll, working with design team to ensure proper brand promotion across all locations and providing cleaning and maintenance staff and management to new location opening team.
