Bond Collective Expands into SOHO and Greenpoint
Congratulations to our Client Bond Collective on expanding into not 1 but 2 new Co-working spaces! The Co-Working company signed a 25,000-square-foot lease for six floors at 158 Lafayette St. in Soho (featuring an awesome rooftop terrace) and a 23,000-square-foot lease at 276 Greenpoint Ave. in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Both leases are for 10 years.
Bond Collective founded in 2012 is a New York based Co-Working company that operates in roughly 200,000 sqft. over 7 spaces across New York and 1 in Philadelphia.
