Superior Service


We curate the best office/facility management service to each of our clients and act as a strategic partner on an on-going basis. Each client is unique and because of this we conduct facility audits to ensure that the systems you have in place are the best.

Feedback Loop


Each Greenparc worker is provided with small comment cards that we like to leave out around the client space on Thursday evening and collect on Friday evening. We see this as a great way for people in our clients space to get to know the workers but also as a quick and easy way to give anonymous feedback. Clients can chose  to rate or not rate the workers each week.

Roaming Supervisors

We employ educated client service supervisors who are allocated a number of clients to supervisor on an ongoing basis. They drop in during shifts on a regular basis to ensure quality control. They also keep track of supplies stock and are available to fill in the scenario where there is a call out.

Client Portal 

We provide each client with their unique client portal where they can log in and see the upcoming schedule of services as well as the following information in relation to our services:



  1. Daily schedule of services

  2. Greenparc worker(s) who are staffed on each each day including a photo, contact information and short bio on each worker

  3. Link to payments and invoicing

  4. Ability to submit a ticket/request for ad hoc/emergency services -  locksmith/electrician/plumber

  5. Ability to request add on services - Healthy snack/fruit delivery, flower delivery

  6. List of products that are used during our service

G Platform

Our white label portal allows co-working spaces to upsell additional items to their membership base. Facilities management has now switched from a cost center to profit center for our clients.


  • Custom portal with unique login for each client’s sub-clients.
  • Can add local vendors to the platform for services and products (i.e. movers to swag).

  • Payments can be made via the platform.

  • Portal can be accessed via standard desktop or mobile.
